A scientific study at Newcastle University has shown that organic food contains more antioxidants and healthy fatty acids, according to an article in the Guardian UK. The scientists actually grew food themselves on side-by-side organic and conventional farms in locations around Europe.
Is this shocking news? No. But it's evidence for what many of us have suspected all along... We're eagerly awaiting the full results of the study, which will be released over the next 12 months.
