Sorry about the hiatus, I've been out of town on and off the past month...FtG fave artist Miwa Koizumi, she of the plastic-bottle jellyfish, is showing her work at Socrates Sculpture Park in Long Island City through August 4. The exhibition's called Waste Not, Want Not, so I'm guessing (the park's website has no further info) that these are all artists who reuse found objects. Another exhibitor, Julian Montague, has written a field guide to stray shopping cart identification.
