Theme Magazine: doing good well

I have to admit I'd never heard of Theme mag until I went to one of their parties last month, but it's an Asian- and Asian American-centric design and culture mag, and it has some nice photography and features on faves like Alexander Wang. Best of all, the fall 07 issue includes several design projects centered around creative reuse: a lovely fashion spread; a profile of a grad student studying the zero-impact lifestyles of the destitute; and artist Miwa Koizumi, who makes plastic bottles into ethereal sea creatures. I bought my copy at Zakka; check it out for yourself!
